The label was started in January 2012 and was meant to be a musical outlet for the music of Motoko. But shortly after materializing his ideas for the label he soon discovered a lot of talented artists in his network. As a result the focus quickly shifted to allow these talented individuals a platform to release their creative ideas.

Now Mass Overflow is home to some of the most innovative artists in breakbeat, dubstep, drum & bass and glitch hop. Constantly trying to innovate their sounds.
