Bratislava based Moodyverse is kicking off 2024 with magical release number 3 - a 3 track EP featuring multiple rising stars of the scene.

The original track is a joint effort by Azerbaijan based Malov and Hungarian born Aquarius Ezra, whose vocals light up the already strong composition of the track. Expect some stuttered arpeggios leading to a cinematic climax, which will surely leave a mark on the dance-floor.

ID ID takes the track on an alternate journey. He injects his signature metallic leads spiced with additional synth and drum hits highlighting his beloved indie territory.

Matara has transformed ‘Open Your Eyes’ into a rather groovy melodic house version destined to make heat waves by painting a sunny setting in your mind every time you play the track.

The gate is open: enter the Moodyverse.

We welcome Erdi Irmak for the ninety-second edition of the 'Deep In Mix' series.  

Erdi Irmak, hailing from the historic city of Istanbul, Turkey, is synonymous with deep, emotive electronic music. His journey into the world of music began at a young age, inspired by his cousin's love for electronic sounds. By high school, Erdi had already begun experimenting with production, setting the stage for a career that would eventually see him releasing his first track in 2011. The intricate cultural fabric of Istanbul, a city that seamlessly blends the East and West, is reflected in the eclectic and organic nature of his music.

Erdi initially made his mark within the Progressive House scene, but his sound has since evolved. By 2017, he had embraced the Organic House genre, a style that perfectly encapsulates his love for earthy, melodic, and deeply textured music. Alongside Organic House, his repertoire has expanded to Electronica, Ambient, and Lofi, highlighting his multifaceted talent and eagerness to explore uncharted musical territories. This combination of styles forms the fundamental pillars of his musical ideology, which has seen him rise to the higher echelons of the electronic music scene. Each set he crafts is a journey, with his Organic House mixes offering listeners a warm and immersive experience.

Despite not playing live as often as he would like, Erdi’s influence within the electronic music community is undeniable. His admiration for industry legends like Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, coupled with the artistic inspiration he draws from Bonobo and Ólafur Arnalds, has shaped his signature sound. Erdi’s recent work includes a collaborative 'Wild & Free EP' with Flowers on Monday, on The Soundgarden, which he describes as one of his most enjoyable projects. He consistently expands his horizons with his forthcoming releases on BeAdult Music, RYTHMICA, and his label, Worlds Apart. With an upcoming album in the works, Erdi Irmak is consistently producing tracks that are both forward-thinking and profoundly evocative. Enjoy the mix!
