If your plant is in flower and you didn't take clones, you can still save it! In this episode we cover two methods, taking clones from a flowering plant, getting them to root and re-veg, and alternatively, revegging an entire flowering plant at or before harvest time, and then taking new clones from it! Great ways to save genetics as a last try!

VPD: A Unique Perspective

A basic introduction to choosing a plant to reverse. I didn't really get into breeding for specific traits, more the general gist of the vibe and technique, goal setting, the details are up to you. STS recipe:
First, a stock solution is made. It consists of two parts (A and B) that are initially mixed separately, then blended together. Part A is ALWAYS mixed into part B while stirring rapidly. Use distilled water; tap water may cause precipitates to form.
Part A: .5 gram silver nitrate stirred into 500ml distilled water Part B: 2.5 grams sodium thiosulfate (anhydrous) stirred into 500ml distilled water  The silver nitrate dissolves within 15 seconds. The sodium thiosulfate takes 30-45 seconds to dissolve.  The silver nitrate solution (A) is then mixed into the sodium thiosulfate solution (B) while stirring rapidly. The resulting blend is stock silver thiosulfate solution (STS).  This stock solution is then diluted at a ratio of 1:1 to make a working solution. For example, 100ml of stock STS is added to 100ml of distilled water. This is then sprayed on select female plants.
The STS working solution is sprayed on select female plants until runoff. Do the spraying over newspaper in a separate area from the flower room. You probably won't smell anything, but ventilate anyway. You now have what I call a "F>M plant"; a female plant that will produce male flowers.  After the F>M plant dries move it into 12/12 immediately. This is usually done three to four weeks prior to the date that the target (to be pollinated) plants will be ready to pollinate. Response times may vary slightly depending upon the strain. More specific times can be determined by trial with your own individual strains. A second, or even third application starting 1 week after the 1st app will aid in reversing tough strains (recommended).

So many people have told me that my advice to avoid smoking girlscout cookies had a very positive impact on improving their depression! Keep in mind, as I mention, every human is unique, and we will all have our own experiences, some people will enjoy the GSC strain and I am not throwing shade at all, just sharing the experiences of those who have benefitted from avoiding GSC and its hybrids as it seems to make depression stay or get worse for many people, as well as inducing a lack of empathy and overall complacent happiness in place of potential progress instead.

A limiting factor can be seen as your weakest link, something preventing your grow from being better! They're easy to identify and improve. Here I discuss how important it is to have proper genetics even for a beginner, and how it can make even your worst grow that much better, how important it is to have a proper grow light, because without enough light you'll never achieve proper growth rates, strength, potency, and expression. Air - fresh air makes a huge difference and is fairly easy to achieve, and it's crucial for plants to do their best. Nutrition - why having a healthy plant especially going into flower is crucial, you should not flower a light green/yellow plant untill it is healed and happy! Lastly, attention is a big one, you have to be in your garden for no reason, ocne plants are watered and taken care of, you need to pay attention to them in order to observe and improve, learn and do a good job!
