Rodrigo Bermejo a.k.a. DJ Nuke is the most important DJ's of the new wave of techno talents from Madrid. Having been a huge part of the techno scene in Madrid since the late 90's, Nuke hosts his won Cultura Techno radio show and is resident at Fabrik where he hosts his own Code events.



Going Upstairs brings together a variety of styles to create one absorbing piece. From heavy, mechanical tech groove to disco bassline undertones and trance-like synth patterns in the break, this is an inventive and ear-catching debut for NUKE on MB Elektronics.



Mark Broom lends his ever-reliable skills to this release with a no-nonsense remix that retains the distinctive stylistic mash-up of the original but streamlines the arrangement into a throbbing and hypnotic techno bomb.

ZAC returns to the label for a special two track release ably assisted by Tiefstone and Camilla (Ar).

Embodying the very essence of ‘sonzeira’, the Brazilian word for ‘tune’, ZAC has bubbled away for a decade in the underground. Resident at arguably the best club in Latin America, Warung, ZAC has developed a signature sound which ignites any party. Now with over 150 tracks signed to everyone from Beat Boutique to Kittball via Einmusika and countless hours behind the decks, it’s fair to say ZAC is a global powerhouse.

First up, ‘Estrela’ opens with a driving kick and dubby sonics. Rubbery bass and snappy percussion take it up several gears before more melodics grab you and never let go. Aimed squarely at the peak time floors, this is one secret weapon you’ll delight in telling everyone about.

Next, Tiefstone and Camilla (Ar) join ZAC on ‘To Shape’. Wonky percussions and bulbous kicks get things started before spiky synths round out the uptempo groove. One for the boys to make shapes, melodics midway add an air of soulful elegance and uplifting energy.

Argentinian progressive house artist Fran Baigo continues his rise in the scene with his latest release, Selene. Having gained traction through his work on Truesounds Music, Zenebona, and One Of A Kind, Baigo now returns to Manual Music's MNL imprint after recently remixing Mariano Ribas. This time, he delivers two fresh productions, with the title track Selene accompanied by Daidalo, further solidifying his presence in the progressive house landscape.

Matt Edwards and multifaceted artist Patrick Mason team up as SRVD with debut release entitled ‘ELEVATE’ dropping on Rekids this August. 

Whether as Radio Slave or his various other monikers, Matt Edwards is one of electronic music’s most consistent and innovative artists. Ever since his early reinterpretations of Kylie Minogue and New Order, Edwards has continually commanded respect as a producer and in-demand remixer, whilst as a label owner his Rekids imprint is undoubtedly one of house and techno’s most influential platforms. 

Meanwhile, Patrick Mason continues to conquer the fashion world; a devout club kid and gifted creative turning heads as an outstanding art director, illustrator and model, whose extensive artistic talents include a unique and compelling voice destined for dancefloors. 

SRVD’s story begins when the pair met in Panorama Bar, which soon led to Edwards and Mason hanging out at the studio and later evolved into improvised performances in Berlin’s club scene and beyond. ‘ELEVATE’ perfectly captures the raw spirit and vibe of their live show, with whispering vocals ushering in precision kicks and piercing stabs until Mason’s mesmerising voice comes fully into play. 

An homage to the New York vogue scene and a huge hit at Panorama Bar - where the pair have set the house on fire with three unannounced shows so far this year - ‘NASTY’ is a syncopated, bass-driven monster of a cut complete with infectious claps and metallic effects.
