In a small village near the sea, an old man is seen each day on a bench in the town square, playing his accordion. The town residents can always hear his playing through their open windows, rushing through their homes along with the sea breeze. One day, he is no longer there - odd - in a small town like this for someone to just disappear. The bench is now empty each day. Yet the town residents seem to still hear the accordion - low, mournful, a constant background to their daily tasks. The old man? They still do not know.
