Sherry Clifton, Sierra Chapter ATOS, attended the concert and wrote this review in her ATOS chapter's newsletter:
"After a wonderful, delicious, sit-down dinner, including homemade pie, we were entertained with vintage Jim Riggs' rolling, rolliky style (as described by Ken Double). The start of the concert was briefly interrupted when the console disconnected while the lift came up. Ken and Jim then improvised like earlier vaudeville performers would have done on the same stage. A quick fix, and the concert was rolling again with the big swinging sound of I've Got You Under My Skin, followed by the whimsy of Torch's Bugle Call Rag. That was followed by, what Jim called, the "What's Been Going On" medley. Next was a Jessie Crawford arrangement of Broken Rosary (busted beads). Next up was a very smooth (for the most part sans trems) Black Coffee, concluding the first half with An Evening In Caroline, If I Had You, and Torch's Hot Dog. The second half began with the rich, full sound of Shallow Waters. Other tunes included One For My Baby; One For The Road (SIC, One For My Baby) and When It's Sleepy Time Down South. Amid a flying bat and thunder, came Thanks For The Memories, There'll Never Be Another You, and the fantastically rich, Memories Of You. Jim commented that a simple melody speaks for itself but is very hard to do. This was followed by Singing In The Rain. The climax to our fabulous day was the 1933 RKO King Kong March, by Max Steiner. After a standing ovation, Jim concluded with his encore, Kitten On The Keys"(SIC, actually Dizzy Fingers) "and with the audience clapping to the rhythm of his theme song, Paramount On Parade."

Note: This was digitized from an edited recording of this concert, thus, not all of the introductions to each selection were complete (as heard the night of the concert at the theatre) on the source DAT tape, itself dubbed from a reel-to-reel. We have made every attempt to normalize the varying levels of the speaking portions as on the source DAT they were at multiple volume levels, but some were missing, start abruptly, or cut off.  In some cases, we further trimmed them of fragments that were incomplete ideas because of missing portions, in order that the spoken passages make sense.  As a result there are some abrupt starts and stops in these segments between musical selections.  The editor(unknown) of the source tape faded out the applause at the end of each selection which makes these abrupt segues more obvious. We hope you will not find it too distracting, or take away from your pleasure in listening to this extraordinary concert of two legendary theatre organists at one of the finest Wurlitzer organs of the world.

Editor's Note:
Here is another case where the concert is pasted together from two different recordings; The first lasts most of the concert, until the Astaire Medley, then it sounds like it is from a different source, capturing a different room sound.  I removed one of 2 comments from Jim Riggs about repeating his first three numbers for late arrivers (bussing issues) after the main concert, as those were not recorded again. They appear here as they were heard initially by convention attendees that were able to arrive on time.

Editor's note:  The master BASF cassette was decomposing and the entire concert had to be stitched together from short sections of the recording that would play a few moments and would squeal to a stop.  The tape has started to flake slightly adding occasional low frequency clicks that are barely audible. Some slight tape bleed-through (from previous wrap) was evident in some loud passages.  Some light hiss reduction was applied. Jack O'Neill's microphone placement captures the organ well, but not the amplified announcements between selections.  I did not attempt to raise the level of the announcements as it would be distracting fading noise ratio up and down between musical selections. FM Radio Aircheck: Excerpt from Matias Bombal's "Classic Jazz and Swing" as heard Sunday evenings on the KXJZ Stations of Capital Public Radio.  March 20, 2005.  This broadcast was also heard on affiliate stations KKTO and KUOP simultaneously.  Matias discusses the possibility of the theatre organ as a jazz instrument, compares to a dance band and interviews a layman and an expert on the subject. Via remote lines, organist Jim Riggs gives listeners a tour of the Wurlitzer at the  Towe Auto Museum (sic, now California Auto Museum.
