Two Dötts - Blue Jam (Original Mix) [MBR004]

Cerillo's Matchbox imprint drops their fifth release, with a solo EP from the label owner himself.

The 'Dazed EP' features 2 tracks that traverse the House/Techno spectrum, touching on the old skool and electronic sounds of the 90's to create a contemporary release.

'Dazed' is, without a doubt, something big for this summer - the powerful piano drop in the mid section is the one, paired with those classic stabs and pads, and the Irishmans' signature thump on the low end.

'Levelled' takes on a darker approach, encompassing a similar stab theme, coupled with an arpeggiated electronic bassline and some beautiful, classic strings, which create a magnificent tension across the track, before the final, subtle - yet heavy, drop.

This one is an essential for your summer gigs - as Dancefloors, Clubs and Festivals finally return to life around the Planet.

After the success of their last release, which saw 'Dazed' peak at number 18 on the Beatport Deep House Charts - Cerillo's Matchbox imprint kicks off 2022 with a single release from the label owner himself, equipped with a groovy deep-tech remix from fellow Irishman - Kamorah.

'Vanity' traverses the House/Techno spectrum, with Cerillo's punchy kicks, skippy hats, and deep stabs - accompanied by some addictive old-skool vocals, to create a contemporary, dancefloor-oriented hitter.

Kamorah delivers an exciting remix with a groove-driven approach to the original. It's percussive, darker, and awash with ambient and trippy sounds that lead up to an effective drop.

It’s an absolute honour and pleasure to welcome Graziano to the label, with ‘Repolarized’. The Sudbeat co-owner, and right-hand man to Hernan Cattaneo, traverses the House, Techno and Progressive spectrum here, delivering a beautiful, multi-layered track that will find itself appealing to a wide range of DJ’s, globally. A touch of Italian style and class throughout!

Delivering a piano-driven remix, is label owner, Cerillo. The tempo is upped slightly on this one, the kick is heavier, but it remains friendly, yet serious. The track builds, using many of Graziano’s well-crafted elements, and as the piano is introduced, the remix begins to show it’s true emotional side. Perfect for those after-hour sets, or to get you in the mood for Miami, or the Ibiza season in the near distance.
