My first recorded vinyl session using vinyls only. It has indeed some minor flaws and a major break at the end as I'm still at the beginning. But at least in times of fake news, lies and uncertainties you can be assured it is as real as it gets, no cutting, no extra mastering. So be kind on me, cause nobody is perfect ;-) I hope you enjoy anyway

Thanks to the great and lovely feedback at the Rhythmusgiganten Showcase at Cavete in Marburg, I decided to record the set i played that night. Thanks to all the lovely people who made this night memorable and fantastic. I had the honor and pleasure to play the opening for SaL in my second living room Spock. This is only the first hour although it was a great night and a wonderful party which lastet until the sun was shining (it's believed even longer). Thanks to everybody for a joyfull ride and I hope you enjoy.

Mate alias Matteo Barutzki (Rhytmusgiganten) aus den Marburger Gefilden gestaltete die #24 Runde unseres Igelkarussells. In der Cavete ist er häufig anzutreffen und veranstaltet dort Partys mit seiner Crew Rhytmusgiganten. 
Auf unserer Feierabend Fusion Z letzten Sommer, spielte Mate ein grandioses Slowhouse-Set und hat dort seinen fanatastischen Musikgeschmack unter Beweis gestellt. Wir können es kaum erwarten, euch dieses Schmuckstück präsentieren zu dürfen🤤
Das Set fängt sehr gefühlvoll an, steigert dann die Intensität Schritt für Schritt und baut dabei eine tolle Spannung auf. Es ist eine Gradwanderung zwischen melancholischem und fröhlichen Melodien. Die verschiedenen weltmusikalischen Einflüsse erzeugen beim zuhören Fernweh 🏞🌅⛺️🏜🏝 ->Macht einfach nur Freude :)

Soon after arriving in Marburg in the year 2010, Mate aka Matteo Barutzki became a member of the Marburg based Rhythmusgiganten collective. There he was granted the chance and opportunity to share his passion for all kinds of music behind the decks. Music always has been a daily companion and played a big role in one way or another and led to output in long dancing nights. Over time and with great patience a development took place and the energy derived from these circumstances manifested in regular performances in and around Marburg.
Inspired by many journeys around the world and all kinds of live music, the sound reflects experiences that have been made and tries to overcome boundaries, where there shouldn’t be any. It ranges from slowhouse, over oriental melodies to Latin American rhythms, mixed with some deep features and is supposed to create a journey that travels around the world.

Mate is part of the Marburg, Germany based Rhythmusgiganten collective, lately specializing and trying to promote Downtempo, Slow House, Schneckno kind of music or whatever one likes to call it, in his hometown. 
The inspiration derives from many experiences of music as his daily companion and journeys around the world, using music as a challenge to overcome boundaries where the shouldn´t be any. 
With a penchant for atmospheric sounds and emotional melodies, long transitions emerge as vital parts of his set. Its an invitation to let thoughts free and enter a state of mind fully devoted to the world of sounds.
