London-based DJ/producer Antss arrives on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax with the head-turning ‘Rocca EP’ this June. 

Releasing on the likes of What NxT, Sanity, and Dark Side of the Sun, Antss’ music has been championed by some of the scene’s heaviest hitters, picking up support from Rich NxT, Enzo Siragusa, Chris Stussy, Michael Bibi, and of course Jamie Jones. 

Landing on Jones’ label for the first time, Antss delivers some of his most accomplished productions to date on ‘Rocca EP’. Lead track ‘Turn It Down’ brings together wonky basslines with vocal slices, leading into a raucous breakdown. ‘Mashh Up’ sees rave stabs and bubbling low-end merge together before the track leads through a series of unexpected twists and turns. 

‘Rocca’ makes use of heavy-duty, swinging drums alongside a subdued acid line, teasing subtle, creeping pads throughout the club-focused arrangement. ‘Do You Love Me?’ closes out the release, bringing vocal cuts and bass stabs over robust and punchy drum patterns.

German production duo Tomi & Kesh join forces with Argentinian DJ and producer Jay De Lys bringing their ‘Disco Ruff’ EP to Pirate Copy’s Kaluki Musik. With releases between them on elrow, Snatch!, Toolroom, Lapsus, Saved and Repopulate Mars, the ‘Disco Ruff’ EP is truly reflective of their combined passion for Dance music and unique Tech House sound. Lead track ‘Disco Ruff’ kicks off the EP with heavyweight house percussion, raw drums, hip swinging rhythms and a pulsating bassline which underpins hypnotic, dubbed out vocal licks throughout. ‘On Your Feet’ follows suit with resonant licks, shuffled drums, crunchy claps, chugging bass hits and modulating percussion, bringing the energy straight to the dancefloor.

During the years he has polished his sound palette combining effective beats with strong basslines with the right purpose of making people dance. This formula is felt on title cut 'Highly Addictive' where SYAP combines tech house beats with a rolling sub-bass.
