For various reasons he had to take a break DJing. In 2019, a friend he met (Simurg) injected him DJing poison again. He started playing in various venues and clubs in Istanbul since April 2019. His new challenge is producing his own music in near future.

dreams ep. 23: roots

What can I tell you dear listener. It's one of those episodes. For me this was one of those episodes. The ones that get stuck in your chest, you feel them heavy and they stay there for a while. Only God knows why this hold up occurs but it does from time to time, for good or for bad.

And if I have to be frank, that's the reason why I was away for the last couple of weeks. And they were some emotional weeks. It's not like I didn't have anything to tell you. Quite the contrary. I did. I didn't feel like it though...

Life is an interesing thing (and here I stop you before you've said "I've had it with your cliches!" It's a cliche because it is true). You have ups and downs. Today something small makes you smile, tomorrow something even smaller dampens your mood. It's not like things didn't happen to me over the last couple of weeks. I've been piling up this energy inside of me and I had no clear idea how to put it to good use. And I still don't. Ups and downs and ups and downs. But that's a good thing, right? You always need something to pick you up from the dust when you are down under, something to root you down when you are flying high. Something to hold you together, like the roots of a tree. 

And yet, I don't feel like talking. All I want right now is to play. That's why I'm getting back to my roots. Pure Energy. Emotion. No planning ahead, no playlists, no preparations. Just me and the jog wheels. And so be it.. whatever happens, happens.

This time I have no story, I have no moral, no playlist. Only music, only pure emotion.

Sometimes I feel so blessed and I am so grateful for this life that I can’t express myself. And then the next moment I got literally no idea why and for what we have to incarnate here on this planet - everything seems completely senseless. The changes come fast and unpredictable and I tried to find reasons, but I did not find an answer. But maybe life is exactly about that! The Buddhists say don’t hold on to things, habits, whatever too long, and with this automatic change we can’t anyway. So if we follow Mojis advice just to wittnes our thoughts, and refuse to get soaked into them too deeply we can handle this constant changes with a smile knowing it’s made for us to give us more overview….

What is Cosmic Music Movement

It is about creating a safe space for all of us. Where we can be, who we are and express ourselves. All kinds of feelings and emotions and everything is accepted and welcome! We gather and express ourselves to music. Like in an ecstatic dance it is just about the music and during the time the music is playing we don’t talk. It is like a meditation, while dancing your as off. 

If presented live there is an opening ceremony where everybody can put his intentions into this dance and a Breath-work before we start a two hour music journey, that will take you literally everywhere. No rules, every kind of music and every kind of movement will be welcome - sometimes fast and loud, and sometimes slow and low. It will be a journey through all possible emotions.

If you are able to surrender to all the music that will be presented to you during the Cosmic Music Movement, by tuning into the frequency of people who like it, then you do a perfect training for life. If you can find joy in everything, you are perfectly able to surf the waves of life. Letting go of fear and welcoming trust and love. Remember you are just a shift of perception away from satisfaction, always! See what you have and be thankful for that, so abundance is created in your life instead of lack.
