Piece I've played on the Pipe Organ monday 29th of December 2025.
The original recording was about 18 minutes.
After getting to know the piece a little better I noticed the three main segments that would be the actual music, allthough they are the stripped down parts. The original had more emotion but the pace was off and didn't sound right to me. I fiddled the three segments together but the transition to the third segment I had to let that "crash" there, afterall it made me see and hear that this was needed in the end, it made sense. I'm glad that this mistake actually turned in something good, I wouldn't want it different. Here a deep emotional piece by me. I'm not a real pipe organ player but I do have a certain feel for this melancholic music and I did the best I could. Hope some of you enjoy..
