A calm and soothing orchestral track which I wrote as an exploration music demo for Skywind project. Extended version with the new violin part. Just dim the lights, sit back and relax...

Antti Mikael Haaranen: Whispers and wishes (extended version)

WORK IN PROGRESS - Yet another fun, simple tavern song that could be played by a few local bards in Skywind. This one features more of a Spanish/Flamenco influence, but is also a re-creation of my "Arcadian Isles" track, which you can also find here on my Soundcloud.

This music was composed for the "Skywind" project; an ambitious mod aiming to recreate the Elder Scrolls Morrowind game inside of the Elder Scrolls Skyrim game engine. Learn more about the project at www.morroblivion.com.

Original soundtrack from the video game Jotun, a hand-drawn action-exploration game set in Norse mythology. In Jotun, you play Thora, a Norse warrior who has died an inglorious death and must prove herself to the Gods in order to enter Valhalla. 

The soundtrack highlights all the great moments of the game, from the atmospheric exploration levels to the epic boss battles. A musical journey that will take you through the five corners of Norse purgatory, leaving you with a sense of wonder, excitement, hardship and triumph.

Rise To The Light

I studied music at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris. (CNSMDP) where I earned 3 prizes  (harmony, counterpoint and fugue), at the Bordeaux Conservatory (6 first prizes in harmony, counterpoint, saxophone, musical theory, chamber music and deciphering) and at the Saint Maur des Fossés Conservatory (harmony, orchestration and conducting).
 
I’ve composed more than 60 short movies soundtracks, orchestrated music for Pierre Adenot (Beauty and the Beast), orchestrated and conducted music for Guillaume Roussel (It boy, HhHH, 3 days to kill, Outcast, La French) and Erwann Kermorvant (The Clearstream affair, Braquo third season), and arranged musics for Christophe Héral (The Adventures of Tintin, the video game, Rayman Origins, Rayman Legends).
 
In 2012, I had the great honor to receive 3 Jerry Goldsmith Awards (best composer, best music in short-live action and best song) for the score of « L’Attaque du monstre géant suceur de cerveaux de l’espace ».
 
Over the years I had the great pleasure to conduct the London Symphony Orchestra, the Philharmonia Orchestra, the Paris Symphonic Orchestra, the Paris Scoring Orchestra,  the Star Pop Orchestra and smaller bands for intimate musics.
