Namco Sound Team published the 20th anniversary Ridge Racer mix recently. But I figured me and Mykah we could give our own tribute to the series by remixing the original Ridge Racer theme - the clash of our two style ended up in this powerful mix that I'm deeply happy and honored to put in here, as a teaser for a Ridge Racer mixtape I'm gonna work on and also release in the future. For now, we hope you'll enjoy this mix :D

Freedom Planet 2 - Dragon Valley

Sequel song to https://soundcloud.com/leila-wilson-woofle/lyrikos-piano-ish , which mostly represented Lyrikos in season 1 of ECO. The mystery around her has deepened considerably by the second season, though.  This also includes elements of Cool Down, which was a remix of Lyrikos' theme. I wanted to go for a dreamy/floating feeling for this arrangement, since Lyrikos is tied to the dreamworld. 
Either way, I was honestly on the fence about if I wanted to use this one for ECO or not, considering that it might be a little too 'peppy' for the type of scenes it's going to be used for, but eh. I'll figure that out later. Thought I'd share!

I've had a -ton- of professional work this year, to say the least. Between jobs though, I've been keeping sharp by doing things like this. Gives me a chance to try out new things that I can put to use in professional work, ECO, etc.
