On BAS008 Bassiani welcome Voiski and his uplifting take on techno. Cascading snares, dreamy melodies and a good dose of cosmically charged sounds make "Our Brilliant Future" a beautifully crafted ode to hope. The motive comes in many facets: starting off with "Sit Down Next To Me" and it's tightly knit melody, retrospective amalgamates with futurism. Then we dive into the roaring cave of "Chasing Shadows", where the bass is deep and the synths cheeky. "TearSystem" stays true to its name: rave romanticism in its crystallized form. Fading out on "Your Heart Starts To Race" Voiski closes on a distant note, nevertheless attuned with the cosmic groove.

"Fides Records boss Z.I.P.P.O returns to Regal’s Involve Records with a vigorous release entitled ‘Diaspora’.
Since​ ​originally hailing from the Italian Southcoast club scene, Z.I.P.P.O has established himself as a regular DJ at Berghain, Tresor and Fabric while releasing full-frontal cuts on the likes of Suburban Avenue, Enemy and Ben Sims’ Machine imprint with support from Ryan Elliot and DVS1. A key Involve Records artist, he now brings back his fresh otherworldly and electro-tinged techno to Regal’s esteemed imprint. 
‘Diaspora’ opens with rolling percussion, crunchy snares and cantering synths before ‘Hgroove’ slams with weighty kicks, cutting stabs and responding zaps until euphoric pads provide space on the break. On the flip, ‘Imagination’ goes on an acid tip with vocoder style vox-samples, 808-style toms and streaming 303 lines while ‘Vortex’ seethes with aggressive keys, punchy claps and a smouldering bassline. Founded in 2000 by Spanish techno icon @cristianvarela, the now esteemed Black Codes Experiments imprint has, over the past two decades, forged itself a firm reputation as one of the most prestigious, forward-thinking labels on the international electronic music circuit.

Home to some of underground techno’s biggest hitters (Regis, Mark Broom, The Advent, Ken Ishii, Takaaki Itoh, Tensal, P.E.A.R.L and Arnaud Le Texier to name just a few) and often given the same reverence as labels such as Tresor, R&S and Music Man, what Cristian and his label partner Ian Axide have built over the past twenty years is nothing short of remarkable.

Now, as the label looks to continue this fine run of form into the new decade, Cristian’s long time label mate Ian Axide unveils his incredible new EP ‘Close To Hell’. A four-part package showcasing the very best in underground techno, Ian’s EP will be released on April 24.

A high-spirited artist and indefatigable producer, Mathys reinvents the syncopation through a mental and rude 4-decks techno, embodying the intense, concentrated and visceral, inviting for emancipation. 

From his multiple EP's released on Float, Blue Hour, MORD, Orbe and HAYES recently, his music is fiery and frenetic. This spatial dimension is essential to him as a musician, where tension and reflection are combined in the space he endlessly recreates through his sets. 

Mathys Lenne is the one who sets the pace, pushing the melody to its rawest limits and establishing order with finesse.
