Hello friends!
We are happy to present you today the debut EP “Mind Trickster” from our friend Dinesh from the former pirate island Mauritius. The EP contains three extraordinary original tracks, rounded off
through remixes of Reverse Osmosis from India and Sinus Recordings labelhead Reduzida.
Dineshs sound can be described as hypnotic, twisted, tribal, melancholic, sometimes even dramatic, progressive techno with a twist of psychedelic elements, inspired by the great outdoors and the underground vibes.
Since the choice to become performer, he has been having great chances playing in Melbourne, then travelled back to Mauritius where he stayed a few years while absorbing a lot of the local energy in a new perspective which became a major motivation for his musical purpose. Now living in Berlin since 7 years, this amazing city is where he is pursuing his journey, taking things step by step, getting ready for the next chapter of his musical and personal mission.

We are ecstatic to be kicking off the 2022 Techgnosis Records lineup with a ferocious showing from the always-impressive Aleckat, who first made his label debut exactly 2 years ago. We celebrate this auspicious occasion with the release of 'Scritchy', a truly exceptional mini-album comprised of 5 brand new creations, with 2 of those getting a proper remix treatment from scene icons Miles From Mars and a collaborative rework from fellow Australian artists, the talented Tomchilla and Lektrk. Aleckat's signature playful-yet-serious blend of progressive and psychedelic techno is on full display here, with each piece boasting a strong thematic flavor and sound design. After receiving over 85 submissions and meticulously listening to so many incredible productions, we carefully voted on and selected the top renditions, we announced the following 3 winners of the contest:

Copycow is thrilled to welcome Manu Ferrantini from Paris, Lisbon, Goa with his new EP. He presents his definition of minimal pleasure featuring Jonny K and remixes by cow-doctor Breger and by debut-cow Calm Chor from India. The 3 original tracks show no mercy when it's about creative beats and slick ear worms. The title track'Bonheur Stoner vs Jonny K' let you finally discover the genre Minimetal: driving guitar melodies and smashing grooves meet 2 rockers in the techno studio. While the 'Lost Love Cowboy' exploits Manu's own guitar play to perform a true romance, 'Konfys' features grumpy vocals by Kenny Berggren from Sweden. He did lose his socks and none of us found them. If anybody finds Kenny’s socks, please let us know. Breger and Calm Chor worked on their own confusing interpretations, they went from minimal pressure to sci-fi tales and definitely went deep inside, but could not find the socks either.

Chilean  Matias cox aka  Complement, began developing his first musical interests at the age of 13 when he began playing drums and guitar. Complements'  first approach to electronic music was in the year 2004 when he went to his  first electronic festival. Shortly after he began mixing psytrance and progressive trance giving the chilean scene amazing results with his musical style and perfect mixes. In 2009 Matias left to new zealand where his musical training grew and he installed  his first studio where he began producing music. Mostly, progressive Trance and Techno psychedelic with experimental sounds,Fat bass lines, deep atmospheres with subtle minimal tech influences.
