Fresh from their huge remix of Florian Kruse &amp; Hendrik Burkhard on Noir Music, Pleasurekraft steam into 2016 with a huge two-track debut on Nicole Moudaber&#8217;s MOOD. 
With MOOD releases featuring heavily in the US/Swedish duo&#8217;s sets and Pleasurekraft bombs ignited by Nicole most weekends, it was only a matter of time before a release of this magnitude hit us&#8230; And it&#8217;s a match made in rolling techno heaven. 
&#8216;Defiler&#8217; is wonderfully wrong from the off; even the title suggests the sleaziest, slinkiest, sweatiest late night sessions. By the time the vocal sample murmurs its intent over a slippery, spacious, star-gazing bassline, we&#8217;re locked. Cue tight textures of percussion - rollers and shakers a go-go - it&#8217;s a heads down hypnosis session until sun-up with all the right dynamic elements to keep us twisting. 
&#8216;There Is No Safe Word&#8217; takes us deeper into Pleasurekraft&#8217;s devilish playground. A thunderous, unrelenting drum arrangement takes the lead here with demonic down-pitched vocal textures and vortex shredding swoops and FX adding colour, character and suspense before a precision build-up proceeds to tear a new hole in the spacetime continuum. Safe words? Where we&#8217;re going we don&#8217;t need safe words&#8230; 
Just weeks into 2016 and already MOOD and Pleasurekraft have delivered something to the last the whole year through. Sleeping on this is impossible.

June 6th sees M-nus artist Julian Jeweil is dropping his first EP of the year via POPOF's Form Music. The techno wizard is joined by Animal & Me, who takes on the remix duty. The four-track offering is Julian’s fourth EP release on Form, following on from his previous acclaimed EPs such as ‘Techno Corner’ (in 2010), ‘Mad’ (in 2013) and ‘Meteorite’ (in 2015). We're very excited to present an exclusive sliver today on When We Dip, it comes in the form of lead track 'Destination'. This is an unrelenting thumper that exhibits delectable aural quality, the skills in the studio are instantly recognisable. Yet another timeless dinger from the Marseille producer.

Underground Audio brings you the freshest flavours from the Balearic with the “Weekend House” EP from Ismael Casimiro. Hailing from Spain, Ismael makes his debut on Underground Audio with this pumping three track package, including two originals and one remix.

The EP opens with “Weekend House”, a bass driven track filled with grooving riffs, tastefully placed percussion, and an acid-influenced warped synth motif evolving throughout the track. Tied together with subtle vocal interludes on top of tense buildups, Ismael
continues to build energy throughout the track, making this essential for warm-up sets.

The original is taken a step further by a remix from Spencer K, evolving the track into a darker, hard-hitting tech house weapon. His remix adds emphasis to vocal samples, while the heavy drums carrying the track are laced seamlessly with the warped synth motif
of the original. Filled with energetic drops after short yet frequent buildups, this track is perfectly placed for peak time application.

Closing off the EP is a second original by Ismael titled “Smooth Movement”. This rolling groover is hypnotic yet heavy - entrancing vocals and a deep bassline capture an air of mystique, while a keynote warped synth adds tension throughout. Venturing into a more minimal tech house territory, expect this track to make its way into multiple after-hours sessions.

A good classic is timeless and never goes away. This summer, Perspectives Digital revisit four tracks from label owner Darin Epsilon’s extensive back catalog. Those selected to add their own spin include Robert Babicz, Nick Muir, Wally Lopez, and Paul Kardos, and they all do so in real style!

Long time scene veteran Robert Babicz goes first and is in fine form as he reworks ‘Jumeirah’ into nine dramatic minutes of shapeshifting Tech House with squelchy synths. Then comes Nick Muir’s thundering version of ‘Denpasar’ with spine-tingling chords and skyward synths that carry you away into the night sky. I am very happy to present a brand new release from Paul Ursin on Noir Music, continuing his well-respected ’Sinthesis’ series.
Paul and I must have worked for 6 months trying to A&R and perfect this 2-track release from him.
We both changed our taste in music since his last EP on the label, and fortunately for us, in the same direction. But it still took a while to complete and perfect a release we were both 100% happy with.
Sinthesis Vol. 4 is the two originals “Turbo” and “Blackout” which still carry Paul’s trademark sound, but now wrapped in Techno clothing rather than his former Tech house outfit.
Both productions are what I would clasify as classic Techno bangers with a modern production twist.
It's great to have Paul back on Noir Music and there’s more to come from this talented Sicilian.
