'Free People Collective is a label founded with a dream to change the way we see techno music nowadays. Recently, techno has been shifting to an entertainment music rather than a music of resistance, support, and love.

We believe music is power, and power comes with responsibility. A responsibility to give as much as you take or even more than you take.

The first VA on FPC is dedicated to Palestine, a land which has been facing apartheid and ethnic cleansing for over 70 years. All the funds are going to crisis relief and medical equipment, not to a biased party. The artists who are the warriors of this battle against hate are CNCPTR (releasing his first track ever), Dextrom (a well known artist with a new secret alias), Ghost Of Blackwood, Hayek (the founder of FPC), Mellow (founder of ANGST records), Mozmos, and Zai' (Jordans biggest techno artist). '

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Forward Fox. "Digital Grip" is the second single from the artist's debut EP, Is That So, due out in mid-2024. The track is a blend of dark industrial and electronic elements, driven by gritty synths and heavy rhythmic grooves. In the artist's own words: 
“'Digital Grip' was heavily influenced by the ongoing devaluation of music and art driven by AI, algorithmic playlisting, and streaming services. These changes have resulted in unsustainable expectations for artists to continuously churn out content to feed these systems and prioritize online presence over creating genuine art.

'Digital Grip' serves as an expression of anger and frustration at the system, as well as a therapeutic release for me personally."

One Night In Vienna

Y0TA is a young Parisian producer, who recently delved into techno after an instrumentalist formation. He will soon release an EP on the French label INTERVAL, from which this track “Peacekeeper” is taken from.
Going from pounding kicks and acid lines, to light textured elements, each track of this EP is built like a part of a dream pervaded with emotions. Peacekeeper conveys this intention through the softness of the pads throwing an ethereal melody that leaves free reins to our imagination.
