Last 8 months were very hard and there are so many things I would like to share, yet it would be way too much to even read. I hope I've met your expectations with this remix and hope you enjoy listening to it. This remix features more than 700 instruments and more than 100 hours of production. Hey everyone!! This release is a fairly personal one, and I wanted to start 2023 off strong. For those who don't know, 2022 was a bit of a rough year for several personal reasons, but for this project it was a huge milestone of a year. I want to thank everyone who's ever listened to my music or commented, it literally meant the absolute world this year. I also want to say a huge thank you to Skye for not only releasing these stems, but for helping my career in SEVERAL ways over the years, and being a great friend too :) I put my all into this remix, and since it's been a while, I'm making it a free download as well. matphilly and SUBshockers have officially launched a season of songs that will be consuming their focus for the next few weeks. “All I'm Missing In This...It Makes Me Numb,” is the first release off of what will be a 5-song EP titled AMP.

AMP EP is a deeply personal project to matphilly. It began as 1 song written about his brother who tragically passed away in July 2020. When the first song was laid out, the idea expanded more into an EP focusing on his brother in the eyes of matphilly and those who were closest to his late brother. AMP is his brothers initials and the EP acts as a legacy, fueling the mission of matphilly to spread his musicianship far and wide and performing more live beyond just DJing.

This collaborative project between matphilly and SUBshockers was simply meant to be. The single symbolizes their ability to merge the most unique aspects of both styles to bring about a sonic exquisiteness that goes above and beyond the call of duty.

the AMP EP will top off what has been a treasured and memorable collaboration between 3 talented electronic musicians.
