To close the year 2021, Oddity presents the long awaited various artists, Odd Echoes vol. 5, loaded with hypnotic melodic cuts from new and returning artists.

The V.A, showcases the label's cohesive, yet diverse and evolving melodic sound, with a number of artists brought together to create this magical journey.

Opening the V.A label boss Fur Coat delivers a new collaboration with Alfa Romero, introducing us to the construction of the deepest, most ethereal and melodic sounds, where artists like Adamant, Baime, aacht, Esoteric Circle and Andrea Martini show a coherent crescendo in the timeline of the compilation.

Continuing the story, we can see new names joining the record label like Casper Cole, Rinzen, Jos & Eli, delivering some diverse melancholic yet euphoric cuts.

Digging further into the compilation, sounds like those of the collaboration of Jonas Saalbach and Tantum, or the originals by Remcord, Lexer, SOEL, 19:26, Beswerda, Sascha Breamer bring a touch of darkness that transport us to another dimension in sound.

Last but not least, Aalson, The Element MT, Daijan ft. Running Pine, Black Peters and Jody Barr, present some closing-oriented emotional cuts, with some of them including some breaks or experimenting with some unique synths and textures, to ensure the perfect closure to this story we call Odd Echoes.

Argentinian producers Øostil & U S H N U present a brand new EP on Hunter/Game’s Just This label. 

‘Safe’ has already been played by select DJs and tastemakers around the world. The track breaks the dancefloor with vanguard metallic flavor. Its characteristic and analog sound brings peculiar harmonies and atmospheric pads, shrouded in mystery. 

Label bosses Hunter/Game offer a dub meditative (dark and dreamy) version of the original, gradually building the tension that reaches its peak on the break.

Soaring into 2022 with his most comprehensive release since his critically acclaimed debut album ‘Ambrosia’ in 2020, Soel makes his debut on Bedrock with four fantastical tracks that promise to sweep your dancefloor off their feet and take them to places they didn’t even know existed. ‘Ghasia’ sets the scene with a whole flurry of strong ingredients; a molasses-thick dark disco chug to the bassline, an almost garage-like swing to the beats and an arpeggio from beyond the cosmos. The word epic is overused but this really does fit the description.

Onward we glide into the inspiring tribal groove of ‘Night Of The Chimera’. Once again, the Milanese artist conjures up another faraway narrative from lands that seem just out of reach. It’s all in the synths, sweeping and swooping into the mix while those perfectly rounded and fine-tuned drums keep us rooted to the ground...

The title track GODSPEED carefully and gradually building energy with its synth lines and rolling percussion. In the low end the driving bass is pulling the listener deep into the track’s core energy that warms all the souls nearby.

In BURNING Faminski shows his magic skills again. Cascading layers of beautifully crafted synth lines lay on a body-moving groove structure that raising the track to limitless heights.
