Mattmusicohio is an American musician, singer-songwriter, recording artist, and music producer from New Philadelphia, Ohio
Born in Deland, Florida and moving to Ohio at a young age he discovered his love of music from a small church he attended with his family. He started writing almost the minute he learned how to strum chords and quickly filled his projects with simple songs and gripping lyrics. 
 His newest work "Beyond Myself" is an ever expanding example of the influences he has picked up along the way and learned to utilize in a  fresh way blending indie/blues and small bits of American folk here and there, "I just write  what comes out, then deicide later if the song is worth it" He says nodding to the response that you know never know what gonna come out of the process until you START it
He has worked closely with Imaginary Friend Records over the years with different projects including BROTHERS  , An American rock band formed from the ashes of the Paul Allens,  and Booch, An American Rock band specializing in funky riffs and a "distaste for actually picking a genre" as Matt puts it. With both of his projects taking a hit due to the pandemic in 2020, Matt decided to learn the ropes of music recording and begin pumping out solo works to keep his mind busy through the ordeal.
His newest single "Original Love' Is available on Spotify, Apple music, and Anghami as well as many other platforms!
