Incognito Arcade is a Chicago-based electronic musician who cut his teeth on punk before stepping back to reassess the scene. With it no longer being 2001 and time in short supply, he traded basement shows for a corporate gig, living out of hotel rooms and producing music on the road. His sound pulls from post-punk, hard bop jazz, grindcore, and cinematic scores, shaped by the isolation of being alive in a crowded world while the crumbling infrastructure and urban decay of the Midwest paint the backdrop. His influences include Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, Orbital, Daft Punk, Boards of Canada, and Clint Mansell.
