Darwin cut her teeth in Berlin’s nightclubs in 2010, first a regular on Panorama Bar’s dance floor, before stepping behind the decks at the now-defunct club Griessmühle, where she hosted her first residency in 2014. 
 
In 2015, Darwin launched her label @specrecords, dedicated to platforming UK bass and hybrid club sounds by new, up-and-coming artists. To celebrate 10 years of SPE:C, Darwin has put together a mix, highlighting some of the label’s most formative releases - past, present, and unreleased. "Things ain't right" but a lot of them definitely are... like this new go nogo song. "It is like Wonderwall in space," as Fred Scholl exclaimed when he received a loose jam of Eric Schemer, who originally intended to write a Balearic theme for TRS on his new acoustic guitar. Once again, Fred Scholl re-modelled the parts and added a duboliscious Viennese flavour to the whole affair. What you hear is like Blur meeting Kruder + Dorfmeister for a ride on the Ferris wheel. No need to say that those two artistic outfits have had a lot of impact on go nogo.
