The song is about taking time to pause in life, reflect on where you are and where you are going, looking at the ups and downs, smiles and frowns and being proud of all the good you do as well as making positive changes for yourself and for those that you truly love.

Above all, it's a reminder to always hold your head high and to remember to take the time for this.

Life really can be a beach sometimes but despite the rough waves that can crash into you, you really are a shining light;
a light full of love.

(On top of all that, this is actually just a pretty damn dope tune!)

'This Town' is the story of a couple in love, who feel strongly about getting the hell out of the hell-hole of a town in which they live.

Living in a town surrounded by crime, drug addicts and hooligans, they dream of flying away from all of daily disturbances, misery and threats and moving away to live  a better, more peaceful life away from all of that daily negativity.

We've all had that feeling at times I am sure; would YOU want to leave this town if your lover felt it was the best life for you both?
