Recorded this sweet little jam while spending a day with Ben Trout at his house in Salem, Virginia sometime early 2012, sitting in the sun room out back, enjoying a good coffee & smoke.  This was a tune that Ben just sat down and started strumming, I listened for a minute and then joined in.  Afterwards I asked Ben "what should we call it?", he said "Awesome",  I said "just Awesome?", Ben thought about it for a second and responded "Awesome exclamation point". I'm a music fan number one, I really enjoy going to see live shows and music festivals.   Didn't really even start playing the guitar until after I graduated college, with no formal training whatsoever... actually I did have one or two lessons but at that time I couldn't even get my fingers to make chord shapes, and I'm still learning.  Just recently started playing with other people and I'm lucky to have a lot of friends that are good musicians.
