Spoon remains one of my favorite all time bands and they've influenced the hell out of me so here's my tribute to them.

This song has been my mood lately and seemed like the perfect one to get me back into uploading. As always, I'm playing all the instruments and doing all vocals and doing all the editing and alllll the things.

Man is it fun. Can't wait to work on the next one.

Thought Id throw back to one of my favorite songs while getting the hang of Studio One editing software.

Guitar, bass, vocals and drums are all performed by me via audiobox.   I think the sound levels at the moment of recording were a bit off because the final mixdown just wont sound good no matter what I do to it.  But no matter, this is the first in a long line of covers to come.

Work keeps me busy, music makes me happy, and shitty studio software gets me down.  But i've got instruments and a mic, man, so heres one I put together awhile ago.  

Its a little song called "The Secret Door", by one of my favorite bands.  The Arctic Monkeys. 

Bass, guitar, drums and vocals were laid down one at a time with zero cuts by yours truly.  tweaked it here and there of course, gotta learn how its done.
