Enter my DYSTOPIA. 

With this mix, I want to present a new direction I'm taking with my sound by exploring more dystopic and much harder sounds without necessarily going too high in bpm. I am also highly inspired by the pre-pandemic sound, and I wanted to add a feel of that to my latest mix. The world has changed a lot post-pandemic, and some believe we are entering a new dystopian era. This mix is a reflection of that idea.

Hailing from Arnhem, KATOERAH is a DJ and producer deeply rooted in the hard, 
industrial side of techno. His passion for the genre began in his teenage years, when 
he first discovered the driving sounds of Dax J and the Monnom Black label. Ever 
since, he has been dedicated to crafting his own sound, heavily influenced by the 
raw, pre-pandemic industrial energy that first drew him in.

KATOERAH’s sets are a blend of intense, driving beats with dark, atmospheric 
undertones. Known for going hard without pushing the BPM too high, he creates an 
immersive, heavy vibe that resonates with fans of the harder edge of techno. His 
ability to balance power and restraint has already earned him a spot at venues like 
Club BASIS in Utrecht, where his sound continues to make an impact
