Walking on a String

Loving Father,

As this new day begins, I come before You with a grateful heart.
Thank You for the gift of life, for Your mercy that is new every morning, and for Your unfailing love that never leaves me.

Lord Jesus, walk with me today.
Guide my thoughts, my words, and my steps.
Help me to love others as You have loved me,
to show kindness where there is hurt,
patience where there is frustration,
and grace where there is judgment.

Holy Spirit, fill me afresh.
Give me wisdom in decisions,
courage in challenges,
and peace that surpasses understanding.
Protect me and my loved ones from harm,
and use me today to reflect Your light in this world.

I surrender this day to You, Lord.
Let Your will be done.

December 7, 2025 Prayer

Happy Verse is the sixth and final entry in the Verse Series under Volant Records, completing the emotional journey begun in Anxious Verse, followed by Thankful Verse, Angry Verse, Lonely Verse, and Sad Verse.

Where the earlier albums guided listeners through fear, gratitude, righteous anger, isolation, and sorrow, Happy Verse offers the radiant culmination:
joy that is steady, rooted, and spiritually whole.

This isn’t shallow positivity or fleeting cheer.
This is Scripture-shaped joy —
joy that: rises from God’s presence, strengthens the weary, restores laughter, builds confidence, becomes a rhythm of daily life, flows from the Spirit, leads outward with hope, and ends with God Himself rejoicing over His people

Each of the fifteen songs anchors its chorus in an exact Biblical passage so the listener repeatedly encounters truth spoken over them:
“My heart is glad”
“You make me rejoice”
“This is the day the Lord has made”
“The joy of the Lord is your strength”
“Your joy will be in you”
“You will go out with joy”
“He will rejoice over you with singing”

Musically, the album moves from warm, gentle brightness to expansive, radiant joy —
a spiritual sunrise that grows track by track until joy becomes inheritance, identity, and calling.
