My first guest for this show is tango., a North Carolina grown, Chicago based Producer, DJ and software engineer with a pure love for music and an ear to match. Since the third grade, he has been classically trained in many instruments, including voice and saxophone; however, he’s traded his classical and contemporary underpinnings for the more raw and soulful sounds of future beats and underground hip hop. Since early 2021 he has hosted Beat Freak Friday weekly on Clubhouse where he and his friends share some of their favorite music and celebrate the beat community at large.
For the January episode, tango. sat down with me to chat about his creative process, the influence of Kanye & Drake on him and his music and the meaning of being genuine. He also brought a 20+ minute guest mix to the show, delivering a blend of his favorite producers and sounds.

Next up, we have TAYHDSN, a DJ based out of Los Angeles, CA. She is the creator and host of Influential Vibes, a radio show where she brings together likeminded creatives who blend future edits and more. I discovered Tay through her many collaborations with other radio platforms, such as Saturday Selects, Miscé, Up. Records, Freeradio and many more. What stood out for me here was her relentlessly on-point selection: Whatever I tapped into, she always brought some unheard gems to her sets 💎
For the January episode, Tay brought her influential vibes to the shortcut format. In a 25+ minute mix, she blends mid- to uptempo bops from all corners of the remix universe.
