Too Fire For The Outro?

The Sunlight Hypothesis is the suggestion that the exposure to light from the sun gives off a feeling of energy. There is a thing called "The Circadian Rhythm." It is a mental timer that we all have inside of our brain that counts down from when you wake up. When the "Circadian Clock" runs out of time your body will want to go to sleep in order to repair and recharge for the next day. The mental timer adds time and subtracts time based upon what you eat, what you drink, your activeness, light, environmental temperature, and more. Specifically, what "The Sunlight Hypothesis" is about is light. When we are on our phones, laptops, televisions, or have the light on all the time in our rooms, or in a sunny bright environment, our eyes and our skin are being exposed to light. The light source, from the sun or from electricity, tricks our brain into thinking that it is daytime, therefore our brain sends signals to the rest of our body to stay up for longer.  The signals to the brain also send signals down your spine to the trillions and trillions of bacteria in your intestine. The signals from the brain tell the bacteria that it is time to get ready for food consumption. Your bacteria are up and ready, therefore digestion will occur, which adds time to the "Circadian Clock," keeping you up for longer amounts of time. Essentially, light makes your bacteria feel more energetic, which makes you stay up for longer, any light source will have this effect, namely: lamps, TV screens, phone screens, flashlights, etc... That is why so many people have trouble sleeping, part of the problem can be to the exposure of light, even in a dark room and you have your phone/laptop on you brain is still thinking that it is daytime. In darkness, most effectively, a pitch black environment makes you feel more sleepy because your eyes aren't interpreting any light. The low interpretation of light, tricks your brain to think that the person wants to sleep or it is nighttime, from your brain, the signals travel to your intestine and tells the bacteria that it is time to rest. So, to sleep more faster and consistently, be in a dark environment. We are all soo different, so this may not apply to everybody, but try it consistently for at least 3-4 weeks.
