Andres Eichenbaum aka Eichenbaum is an electronic music artist born in 1989 in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since his early years of life, he was exposed to different music genres that a big city offers, leading into his own journey through electronic being Progressive House the main driver.

By ends of 2013, he decides to move to Waiheke Island, New Zealand. Since then, he has been renowned for performing regularly at a wide range of events and festivals around the country. Over the time he has played in different parts of the world including Argentina, Mexico, Japan, Sri Lanka and many more surely to come in the future. He has also shared booth with some of the biggest names in the scene like Guy J, Weird Sounding Dude among others. In July 2023, he relocates to the Netherlands, looking for new opportunities in the music industry.

Behind the stage, Eichenbaum has been releasing his own music through different labels such as Balance Music, Mango Alley, onedotsixtwo, Deepwibe Underground, Soundteller Records, 3rd Avenue and many more to come very soon.

Andres music has already been supported multiple times in Hernan Cattaneo’s Resident Podcast and also by other relevant artists including Guy J, Sasha, John Digweed, Guy Mantzur, Nick Warren, Dmitry Molosh, Henry Saiz, Eelke Kleijn, Adriatique, Solomun, Graziano Raffa, Chicola, Armen Miran, Hraach, Joris Voorn, Mariano Mellino, Nick Varon, Baunder, Antrim, Ezequiel Arias, Kevin Di Serna, DJ Ruby, GMJ, Stereo Underground, Weird Sounding Dude, Anthony Pappa and many others.

Vapour Recordings returns for the next release and this time we are staying local again.

Up next we welcome Meanwhile head honchos, all round legends and very close personal friends to Kasey Taylor and Vapour Recordings, GMJ & Matter. The boys are back on Vapour for their first full single with the label together. Having previously remixed Kasey Taylor's Impressions in 2024, they return with a full original two track EP titled Apex and Undergrowth.

GMJ & Matter have hit their straps over the last few years and have been right at the forefront of the scene with their legendary Meanwhile Recordings label going from strength to strength. On top of that their own productions, remixes and tours are also flying, which includes our annual night together at ADE when our two labels join forces for the night to showcase the best artists from across both labels.

This EP packs a punch with Apex the leading track. This tune has been a highlight of their sets over the last year or so with their trademark sound stamped all over it. It's groovy, tough, driving and hypnotic which is everything you expect from these two juggernauts and has had a lot of early support from all the usual suspects, while Undergrowth takes a more 3am deep wonky cosmic vibe approach which hits the lower tones just perfectly.

It's great to have these two back on the label with their first full single together.

Robert Babicz returns home to his excellent BABICZSTYLE imprint with five tasty treats for your ears and your feet. Here we find Robert integrating a lot of melodies, a stack of melancholic sounds and his beloved acid lines to beautiful effect, pushing his sound in a different direction, while still sounding like classic Babicz.

Starting proceedings we have 'Melancholy' that oozes with emotion, and subtleties, deep but warm, happy but sad, with a retro feel about it, yet as fresh a s daisy.

'Cats In Space' is an epic affair, it locks you in to its spell and undulates beautifully, as we are teased along gracefully through this voyage. Gently building and locking you in to its magical spell, this gem intensifies and is one of those magical tracks that sends crowds wild. Hints of yesteryear with its trance like nods, but brought back to date by Mr B.

'Far Away' is a deeper vibe, a little tougher, and out comes the 303, but in a restrained manor here, as this sound track style gem unfurls.

'Take A Walk At The Sugarside' is more restrained acid from Robert, adding melodies and warm, but with that underpinning grittiness.

And to close things off, the Acid Mix of 'Far Away'. The analog factor is take up a notch as we are treated to some 303 filthiness, yet shrouded in emotion.

Australian artists, Gavin Griffin and Matty Doyle have ridden the crest of a sonic wave in recent months with their GMJ and Matter soubriquets.
