knowing it inside of me the seed of all humanity
the seed of evil and of good, i'm hunted and misunderstood
my rightous right to live and act has always made you circumspect
the walls that everyones erects a tribute to the fact i'm back
and this time, people, i won't leave, no sacrifice, no pain, no grief
no reason for religious war, no mistakes that you made before
the sun will rise just as it must, your blood dries into brittle rust
so full of iron it reacts with oxygen as iron does
and yet you are so soft and small
a miracle that you control
a world we simply gave to you
to share, but not to rule
mutated brains turned into tools
used all creation as their fuel
and soon became delusional
imagined power over all
to exert power on that scale
they had to ensure others fail
in their attempts to be like gods
their brains too small they couldn't grasp
the flaws of concepts just like this
nationalism and fascists
the somewhat crucial aspect is
they've never been a positive
dictatorships of any kind
socialists kiss my behind
you ain't much better than the rest
of these narcisist hypocrites
the need to lead and overpower
the need to follow and to cower
the way believers trust in fate
the clergy daily desecrates
the simple demand simple lives
the hope that jesus might arrive
and sees that i've been super good
the nicest garden in my hood

surely heaven aint for neighbours
who displayed misbehaviours
just like stories in the papers
we suspect they're evil traitors

suspicious, violent and dumb
humankind should long be gone
and yet the bastards're having fun
oh ye gods what have you done

In this étude I rehearse how to use Mutable Instrument Stages as LFO and envelope. I also only use the Moog Mother-32 as sound source and sequencer, white noise as source for snare and percussion and LFO in audio rate for the kick, via Mutable Instrument Veils.
