"Sunday Morning is a song about mental health. 
  it's autobiographical, i wrote it on a day i was feeling particularly down in the dumps. I was thinking a lot about how my behaviour and my often inability to communicate how i'm feeling in the moment can effect the people i love the most. It's a conversation. I'm telling the listener exactly how i was feeling in that moment"..... while trying to be fancy and clever to make a good song.
