Kicking off 2023 with a bang is French producer Matt Fax, one of Colorize's mainstay acts who builds on a very successful 2022 which saw him continue a prolific release schedule, helm Colorscapes Volume Four and put his first release out on his new Chromattic record label. 'Gold' is a brilliant new single from the prog house maestro - he injects it with a vigorous intensity thanks to pumping arpeggiated synths and bold bass while preserving a strong emotional core throughout.

Scandivinavian production duo anamē present ‘Anywhere (Road Trippin’)’, the first single from their upcoming debut album on Anjunabeats.

Marcus Schössow and Thomas Sagstad have been planning, plotting and dreaming anamē for two decades. First coming together at a house party in Helsingborg, Sweden, the Swede and the Norwegian bonded over a love of artists (Sasha or early Tiesto), labels (Strictly Rhythm, Defected), ethics (“We both wanted to work hard for our dreams”) and ideas.

Described by the band as their take on ‘the electronic love song of the summer’, ‘Anywhere’ (Road Trippin’)' begins the journey towards their yet-to-be-named debut album, announced in a skit filmed in Anjuna HQ. Over the coming weeks and months, the band will be pulling back the curtain on how an album comes together, through their social media channels and on their ‘It’s a Beautiful World’ podcast series.

The track that closed out both of their sets supporting Above & Beyond at Printworks London in April, ‘Anywhere (Road Trippin’)’ drills into the importance of true, bone-deep connectivity: “You can take me anywhere, just as long as you’re with me.”

Marking his third release to date, San Diego-based producer Jack Emery unveils his enchanting ‘Halo’ EP on Purified Records. The title track opens with ethereal vocals and a serene arrangement, balancing intimacy and expansiveness. ‘Above The Clouds’ shifts to vibrant synth melodies and infectious rhythms, exuding playful energy, while ‘Rays of Hope’ closes the EP with a deep emotional build, soaring into a triumphant finale.

The ‘Halo’ EP artwork hosts a photograph taken by Kelsey Williamson, an adventurer and photographer passionate about exploring the world’s most remote and stunning regions. Her work captures untamed landscapes and underwater wonders, inspiring a deeper connection to the wild and a curiosity for the unknown.
There’s a pass in the South Pacific, off the island of Fakarava in French Polynesia, where the underwater world thrives—particularly for sharks. Known as "The Wall of Sharks," this pass is renowned for the hundreds of grey reef sharks that hunt at night and drift with the current during the day. Nearby, there’s a remarkable coral reef called the Magic Carpet Ride, which houses a vibrant ecosystem now facing the increasing threat of coral bleaching. Despite being relatively free of agricultural runoff, the reef is slowly deteriorating, which underscores a sobering reality: if a place like this is struggling, it highlights a serious global issue we must address.

A truly exciting collab up next on Colorize sees PRAANA team up with Dezza and LEVV for thrilling single 'Mirrors'. 

PRAANA, the enigmatic duo who burst onto the scene with their first singles in 2019 and recently guest mixed on Above & Beyond's Group Therapy, combine with Canadian Progressive House maestro Dezza, who has also had a whirlwind of a year having released his debut album 'Cosmos' in March on Colorize and headlined the label's first event at London's Oval Space in July.
