Canadian producer Simon Doty returns to Anjunadeep with his latest single ’Tellin Me’, a fan favourite from the label’s flagship compilation Anjunadeep 13. The single is taken from Doty’s forthcoming ‘Living Sound EP’, out April 14th on Anjunadeep.

Since his debut on 2019’s Anjunadeep Explorations 11 with ‘Sama’, Simon Doty has put out siz stand out EPs on the label, quickly becoming a Anjunadeep favourite. It has been a decade since the world was graced with the first release from progressive maestro Matt Fax. The Frenchman quickly ascended the ranks of global producer / DJs, establishing himself over the course of ten years as a mainstay in the world of progressive dance music, garnering a worldwide following in the process. In that time he has released two artist albums, a host of impressive singles and remixes, taken the reins on Colorize's 'Colorscapes' compilation and toured the world from Los Angeles to Amsterdam to Tokyo.

'X' is an exceptional project marking a marvellous ten years for Matt Fax that features twenty of his favourite originals and remixes. We see classic releases on labels like Colorize, Anjunabeats, Armada and more, and remixes for renowned acts like Ferry Corsten and Lane 8. It comes to you in the format of two exemplary retrospective DJ mixes that highlight a musician who has indubitably come into his own. Hailing from Sydney, Australia, she’s a versatile producer and multi-instrumentalist now based in the US, after stints in London and Amsterdam. Road-tested at all three shows of our Night Tales residency and our Miami pool party, ‘Pluto’ explores both melodic and darker sonics, and was included in Fatum’s Anjunabeats Worldwide 10 mix compilation.

I fell in love with the vocal sample I had used, and I wanted something for the dance floor that could blow some wigs off. And thus, this version was born. Production duo anamē deliver their remixes of Lostep's seminal record 'Burma'. 

anamē is the new project from Marcus Schössow (previously one half of gardenstate) and Thomas Sagstad. The pair have had a busy 2022, debuting with their emotive collaboration with Above & Beyond and Marty Longstaff, 'Gratitude'. 

A jubilant vocal ballad and a tough, dancefloor filler, 'Gratitude' has cemented itself as a future classic for both Above & Beyond and anamē. Marcus and Thomas subsequently dropped their own 'AM' and 'PM' mixes of 'Gratitude' on Anjunabeats, with All Day I Dream star Sébastien Léger also contributing a rework.

anamē have also released 'Influencer' (with BLR and Robbie Rise) on Anjunabeats over summer 2022, and a stirring rework of a dancefloor classic in Conjure One and Sinéad O’Connor's 'Tears From The Moon'. They've now turned their attention to another one of their personal anthems, Lostep's 'Burma': anamē's 'AM' remix was premiered by Above & Beyond at their sold-out Group Therapy 500 celebrations in Los Angeles.

Lostep first released ‘Burma’ in 2004 on Global Underground Music, which was then remixed by Sasha and included on his iconic Involver compilation. The original and Sasha remixes became dancefloor staples, racking up plays from legendary DJs across electronic music: John Digweed, Gabriel & Dresden, Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, BLR, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Nick Warren and Lee Burridge to name a few.
