it made tuning this so much easier and so much more fun
i was originally gonna short cover of 1925 because i love the new sekai version, but its not as fun to tune as this song so i went with this
also i made a version in a higher key but didnt post that one here since i tuned and mixed it for the original key, and it also suits his voice a lot better

this song was a nightmare to cover
from making the vsqx, from making miku solid sing in english, to figuring out the harmonies, to enduring the torture that was mixing, i am so happy it's finished and am fairly satisfied with the result
i just hope it came out good enough to place good in the contest i made this cover for
the theme was "make a vocal synth sing in a language it's not meant to" and i like to think im pretty good at that fhudjik

cant believe i didnt cover this song sooner lmao i love it so much
figured id cover this song for my birthday since its one of my favourites from GHOST
the story the song tells is so good and interesting
it was also super fun to tune, even if synthv was giving me so many problems fhufjdik
but honestly mixing this was even more fun, playing around with different effects and cuts to make it sound more unsettling and creepy
the harmonies in the "black and white and" part and the final chorus make me ascend
i also wanted to make a custom pv for it, with some custom art
i did try my hand at making gore art tho so it wont be for everyone fgyhufjdik

this song was so hard yet so easy to tune
there wasnt much to tune since its pretty repetitive and i just copy/pasted wherever i needed to but the parts i did have to tune were so difficult because seriously how can anyone compare to lady gaga's vocals
i think i did a pretty good job tho
was originally gonna add other voicebanks for the harmonies but some bug in the new update kinda ruined the tuning of the main track while trying to make the harmonies so i was scared to render them again so now we're stuck with the main track pitched up and down for the harmonies
i dont think theyre bad tho
overall mostly proud of the cover
also for the yt upload, the music video version is slightly shorter, so itll sound slightly different

this cover was made for Kazumi's 15th Vocal Synth Contest, and the theme is to cover a song from any diva/mirai game with the free version of a paid vocal synth, so i chose maki lite
i didnt expect to like her as much as i did but she sounds so good

i recently got some tips and critiques about my mixing so i really wanted to try and improve it
and oh god relearning my entire mixing process is torture
im not 100% happy with the mix here but im satisfied enough with it
i dont think it's bad for my first time redoing my mixes

a bit late to the weathergirl cover bandwagon but i like how it turned out
i should really use digital tuning a lot more but not many songs call for it, and also "natural" singing can get a lot more expressive
the only time i pitch-tuned this cover was for the more quiet "sad/crying" part of the song, the rest is notebended, the last time i actually pitchbended a full cover was for my kevin metronome cover dgfhudji
anyway ive rambled enough
this cover is for a contest so wish me luck

introducing... ANDI! a singing robot idol with a screen for eyes!
i've had his character idea in mind for a while now, but i learned about c+v voicebanks through chevrefee's tutorial on how to make them
i recommend checking out her tutorial if you're interesting in a super easy-to-make english utau voicebank format!
this format is absolutely perfect for ANDI's voicebank since i wanted him to sound as robotic and artificial as possible
some of you might have seen my old "Echo" short cover, the voicebank used in that one is basically the test version of this one and about the same format, just not as polished since i didnt know what c+v was at the time
since this is intended to be the final version of this voicebank, he is now also multipitch! his base tone and each append he gets will each have at least three pitches
one of the appends is already fully completed, but only his base tone was used in this preview just to show off how it sounds alone
his other appends will all each get their own previews, the preview for the completed append is currently being worked on, and another append is also halfway finished!
i hope you all enjoy his voicebank! look out for more previews in the future!

EXTRA NOTES: 
- ANDI is only recorded in english! he can only sing in other languages through phoneme editing and adjustment, and he is planned to have extras in the future such as tapped and rolled Rs!
- this is just a fun personal project! i am not a trained singer and andi was recorded on a USB laptop microphone - please do not expect insanely high quality when his voicebank releases!
- ANDI is best optimised for openutau using Cadlaxa's C+V phonemizer, but will be compatible for classic utau as well!
- the "M" in "ANDI_M" stands for "masculine", which is the default tone he was recorded in, but he's planned to have a feminine configuration as well! this configuration will be referred to as "ANDI_F", and an androgynous configuration will be referred to as "ANDI_A" if i can come up with one!
