I wanted a fairly simple pad for live performances and for study. I didn't want it to establish an obvious key, melody, or tempo. (This one is named "Reflections in C Major" because it sometimes uses a major third.) So I began with a pad I made in Alchemy and added one guitar track to it. Two tracks total. The guitar was reversed and has only two delays and one reverb on it. Second take went well enough to keep it. SSL to glue the tracks together.

Thirty minutes later I had a pad that I've already listened to for hours. Maybe one day I'll make others in other "keys."
