This outstanding EP was created by Juri Heidemann who is former known as Mio and we are happy to provide our label for his first release using his new alias. Juri is based in Berlin in influenced by many styles of electronic music. 

„Curious“ 
The opening track is led by a stunning melancholy and a driving bassline. This creates a sphere of a fast paced vibe of a memorable experience. 

„Snura“
With an almost trance-like baseline and a hypnotic fragmented synth lead, this 00' influenced hitter is ready to pull anyone under its spell. 

„Silence“ 
In „Silence“ driving percussions creating a beautiful tribal vibe in which the the melancholy pad sounds fits into like a glove. 

„Awareness“ 
The beatless ambiental outro sums up Juri's proficiency in producing melo-dramatic and outstanding electronic music. In here you can find icey and cold soundscapes and field recordings.

unCovert is the latest AXIS release from Jeff Mill's label which features yet another talent from Asia this time Indonesia's ECILO.

His experience in the industry comes from years of refining his sound and honing his technique, with influences ranging from expressive African-American Music (Jazz, Soul, Blues) and the atmospheric resonances of Sci-Fi soundtracks. Always experimenting with different sounds has shaped ECILO to become a producer who is genre-fluid yet strongly rooted in his foundations for proper techno. 

With releases on international labels such as ARTS (Berlin), Planet Rhythm (The Netherlands) and We Are The Brave (United Kingdom), Ecilo has strengthened both his reputation and his percussive 4x4 beats to resonate all over the globe. Known for top-notch originality and craftsmanship, his tunes have earned airtime through the sets of giants such as Ben Sims, Alan Fitzpatrick, Mark Farina and Dave Clark. 

Though his achievements may be many, this doesn’t stop Ecilo from constantly evolving and perfecting his sound. His hard work and perseverance has also led him to reach the #2 spot on Beatport’s Techno DJ Chart. With many more representations and contributions to Jakarta Techno, Ecilo has become a signature household name for music lovers and partygoers.

Emika enters the new year hypnotic and seductive, crafting Earthy Melodic Techno EP Breath Cuts using her ethereal vocals, kick and devilish sub bass.

Pleasure and pain, the euphoria Emika knows how to create sonically, to lose her mind through music and escape reality. Composed and produced during the darkest chapter in her life, she mixes in the inevitable pain of a once locked-down Berlin.

Norman Nodge, Berghain resident by night and lawyer by day, pulls out and enhances the lush ethereal vocal elements, remixing them further into an angel-like chorus, imagining the dance floor in Berghain - people rushing from the sound while spirits float above them looking down.

Hope This Finds You Well is the result of an investigation into contemporary corporate culture and its reflection in the way streaming platforms create and tailor playlists suited to boost labour efficiency.

Dragged down from its Olympian heights, with its vulnerable nomenclature applied liberally, ambient music has been adopted, adapted and weaponised. Deployed as healing services, office playlists cater to corporate wellness, workplace harmony and act as a mental tonic.

Fizic is pleased to present the results of this empiric research, realised between Q4 2018 and Q1 2019. It employs synthesis, sampling, tone generation, field recording, ghost transmissions all consolidated into twelve executions. The release also serves as an introduction to Cosmin's next project, a second album of personal explorations forthcoming halfway through 2019. More about that in a future memo!
