If you've been paying attention to the underground of the drum 'n' bass scene, you'll have probably noticed the name Marxy popping up all over the place.


You'll have seen him on Centralizin Sounds and Breakin Science line-ups, on Code Red and Centreforce radio, guesting on Kool FM, rinsing out raves for brands like Let It Roll and Epidemik, and a lot more.


And, even though Marxy's still a teenager, this success has been on the cards for a while. After all, he started deejaying at ten years old. He started production at thirteen. And, let's be clear, we're not talking about some hobbyist level thing. Marxy's been putting in the graft and his level of skill speaks for itself.


With supportive parents willing to help him navigate the admin side of things, Marxy has been able to grab every opportunity presented with both hands. He firmly established his credentials when he was the highest ranked DnB deejay in 2022's national Mix Master competition, winning him five grand's worth of kit and a booking alongside legends like Nicky Blackmarket and the Rat Pack.


His well-honed technical skills as a deejay allow him to read and tailor his sets to each crowd, adding touches of liquid and jungle to the high-impact jump-up that makes up the core of his style.


Now, as his booking diary becomes every-more rammed and his release schedule begins to grow, Marxy is about to level up once again. His natural talent, work ethic and passion are evident on every set and every tune he produces, and the rapid organic expansion of his popularity tells its own story. And, remember, he's done all this before he's old enough to legally drink.
