Music has been in my blood as far back as I can recollect. I remember back in the 80's listening to Soul, Funk and Motown from the previous decade. Jungle and Drum & Bass came into my life early 90's when we used to sit in my cousin's room for hours on end playing Jungle mixes. We had tapes from Histeria with some of Manchester's greatest MCs.

My first album was Jungle Massive mixed by DJ Hype. Some absolutely killer tunes that lead me into a deep love for the genre. Goldie, UK Apache, Roni Size to name a few on that album. Then the vinyl came to my attention in the late 90's with World of Drum and Bass and the John B Salsa Remix is to this day one of my favourite tracks. 

A resurgence of Drum & Bass in recent years has inspired me to DJ and it's amazing to see so many of the younger generation bouncing to what I believe is the greatest party music ever created.
