Espacio Cielo Unveils Alemao’s Latest Dark Disco Masterpiece: "Structural Dynamics of Flow"

After the success of his collaborative EP with Rems Martinez, Alemao returns to Espacio Cielo with Structural Dynamics of Flow, a powerful release that showcases both his technical prowess and artistic growth. This EP is a deep dive into the world of dark disco, blending hypnotic beats with immersive soundscapes, deliverng an electrifying experience that is both intense and dancefloor-ready.

Featuring six carefully curated tracks, the EP encapsulates Alemao’s signature style—dark, potent, and driving. From the lush, enveloping pads to the acidic basslines, each track builds an atmospheric narrative. The standout track, "High Life," takes listeners on a euphoric journey with distorted vocals and a pulsating rhythm, building to an intoxicating high. French artist Franck Ros also brings his unique touch to this track with a remix that adds a fresh perspective to the original, marking his debut on the label.

The title track, Structural Dynamics of Flow, is another highlight of the EP, weaving together complex textures and infectious grooves. Accompanying the original is a remix by SNYL, whose take on the track infuses it with a new energy, creating an ideal blend of intensity and flow. Like Franck Ros, this is SNYL's first release on Espacio Cielo.

Two more dynamic tracks, Vultures and Revolver, complete the EP. These showcase Alemao’s range and creativity, ensuring the EP’s versatility across different moods and settings.

This release reinforces Espacio Cielo's mission to push the boundaries of electronic music by providing a platform for innovative and experimental sounds. Alemao's latest work is poised to resonate with fans of dark, acid-laced disco while also introducing fresh energy to the global electronic music scene.

Argentina's Kevin Di Serna believes in the therapeutic potential of music. He places great importance on finding real emotion and human connections in his productions, which have come on the likes of Innervisions, Watergate, and All Day I Dream and put him right at the forefront of the progressive scene. For this new EP, he links with countryman Santor, who is fast making waves and has shared the stage in recent years with Dixon, Juan Hansen and more.

The title cut 'Blessway' has already been getting support from John Digweed. A thumping groove serves as the foundation for a cosmic exploration with rising synth progressions and glowing pads taking dancers ever higher. A filtered vocal adds layers of texture, and wispy melodies come and go to keep things on the move. 'Please' is a more direct and driving sound with dubby undercurrents and an aching female vocal hook. Sugary, pixelated chord sequences pan across the groove before making way for more delicate and tender synth notes that rain down the track. It's a gorgeous world of sound that also comes as an edgy dub version with more emphasis on the lush harmonics.

With rich textures and dynamic rhythms, Moo Moonster crafts an avant-garde musical journey like no other. Two exceptional collaborators, Parissior and Adri Vinchira, joined the project and perfectly complemented the vision.

Endrik Schroeder returns to the label in style with a hard-hitting remix of the title track. His reinterpretation takes us back to the London rave scene of the '90s, evoking the raw energy of electronic music in the capital’s iconic warehouses. As expected, it's another pure banger from Endrik.

Rounding out the release, we’re thrilled to welcome Alen Skanner, who delivers a standout remix steeped in 100% Italo Body Music vibes. Over seven minutes, his version plunges the dancefloor into an intense, deep, and hypnotic atmosphere.

‘Grainy’ opens the EP and showcases Dold’s ability to craft deep and loopy techno with a stripped-back, emotive edge. It’s deft but enthralling, with innovative synths rising and falling through the minimal drums. ‘Surface’ is another compelling deep cut with hurried drum funk and subtle synth pulses, adding a futuristic edge to the groove. The fantastic ‘Blush’ brings smears of warm synth and machine soul to a dynamic dub techno rhythm that bends the past with the present. Digital bonus cuts ‘Dub at Heart (Club Version)’ and ‘Dub at Heart (Sofa Version)’ offer contrasting perspectives of the same track, with the first aiming directly for peak-time sessions, while the latter closes the package on a laid-back tip.
