Our favourite festival in the world Shambhala in deepest British Columbia Canada was nearly closed down due to huge forest fires closing in on the vicinity. Rain was needed and it came during our set in the stunning Fractal Forest!

When I was approached with the idea to create an end of the year mix, I immediately knew I wanted to create something that summarized my year behind the decks, as a "thank you" to all the people who experienced it with me. Fleeting dancefloor moments are hard to capture, but I've tried to pack this one full of musical highlights from this year's gigs. To that end, I've included some recent releases that caught my ear, several exclusive dancefloor edits, some faves from the recent Illeven:Eleven Recordings catalog, as well as a sprinkling of what to expect next from myself and my favorite artists continuously pumping out awesome new music.
