A composition that I had written for the Flux Syncopy project 2016, weeks after my daughter had passed away. It lay dormant after the project had been forced to shut down by unruly outside influences. This definitely will be re-written and finalized soon for the Midnite Climax project, among several other compositions that I secretly managed to save from that project. The title was mostly inspired by an old Bob Dylan song that Nazareth covered called The Ballad of Hollis Brown. Sounds like shit and it surely did not help much that I was totally strung the fuck out on every anti-psychotic drug known to man; but nevertheless, the point is there, and I am fully stoked to summon it out of the ashes of the most devastating time of my life that none of my wartime experiences could hold a candle to. It shall be a force to be reckoned with, soon.
