The process of breathing is a living metaphor for the importance of rhythm and balance. We don’t often stop to think about it, but we all know that within our physical lives, we have to both breathe in and breathe out to live. The same is true for our spiritual life. The English word “spirit” even comes from the Latin word spiritus, meaning “breath.” Just as we must breathe in and breathe out to stay alive physically, we must engage in a similar process of taking in and giving out to stay healthy and vital spiritually.

With this in mind, understanding the symbolism of specific colours can be beneficial, since it can help us to create the specific ambience we desire in different environments in our lives.

Whatever this means to you, I’m sure synchronicities can and will bring you the same amount of joy when you learn how to recognise them! Synchronicity is a concept that was first described by psychoanalyst Carl Jung.
He described this phenomenon as events appearing meaningfully related despite having no causal connection. In other words, it’s the sense that things in your life are “syncing up” or “aligning” in a way that can’t be explained by science or reason.
I like to think therefore that synchronicity itself has an inherently spiritual meaning. Because the mind cannot explain it away.

We get so trapped in materialistic joys because we do not realise that there is a bliss far greater than the pleasure that comes from achievement, from money. There is far more happiness in contentment and fulfilment. But the ultimate bliss comes from Enlightenment, from liberation from all misery and sorrow. Because we live in ignorance, we don't realise this. We continue pursuing happiness. We want to achieve happiness when in reality, happiness can never be achieved. What we experience is only momentary pleasure. The art of happiness is learning to be happy all the time, moment by moment. But we must realise this Truth.
