this track, self-accompanied by a sweet synth sequence/drone, will make any guitarist want a fretless. even knowing they are harder than fresh eff to play. & on most of this piece, this katt is using an E-BOW.

an incredible feat of both engineering and vocal exploration. this young gyrl - fresh from competing on NBC's THE VOICE - decides to emerge with a flaunting talent for the delightfully strange.  what i'd give to hear SHAKIRA's personal editorial on this recording. hopefully Ms. Behymer will grant us listeners a full EP's worth of these vocal explorations.
