2. Forests: all about us destroying and burning down our forests, and our feelings of desperation

3. Purr-pose: finding the moments of joy in life

4. Sick-Sea: the rising sea and all the changes affecting our coasts, especially the Bay of Fundy...a spotlight on the creatures that
are being destroyed. One can't go anywhere without seeing garbage on many coasts.

5. Ground-up: this is about destroying northern native lands for oil and resources

6.Home: what is this thing that we call our home

"Shining Turtle" has to do with North America /Turtle Island
The purpose of this music is to open our spirits to the reality of the Turtle Island we live on.
How can we see the light unless we see the darkness?
If we improve, we will be a shining turtle
