Hear my report about the Help for Heroes Recovery Centre at Tedworth House in Tidworth which now has its own ski slope. Known as a 'Skiplex', it's a giant treadmill sprayed with water that makes the surface feel a bit like snow. The idea is that it helps the people who use it regain their balance, and build up their core strength and self esteem.
