This created rumors of an album entitled The Title Is Deceiving that was never released. Fans and critics over time grew hungry for more of the smooth and witty lyrics of Matthew Wiley on Soundcloud. 

In 2019, he released his first debut project Channel 42. C42 went to grow past 10k streams to date, receiving public appeal from NBA Milwuakee Bucks 2020 playoffs halftime game, and a article in Flintside Magazine as a voice for the young that "grew up not like everyone else".
