Back in 2005 I did a cover version of the Brian Wilson classic. I played all the instruments by myself. My partner in The Bagweeds, Christian Fischer, recorded the track to Cubase (if memory serves me right). I didn't have a bass guitar back then so I played the bass parts on my 6-string electric Squire and drowned the vocals in echo. Listening back now I'm however quite fond of the recording.

01 Love And Mercy

Back in 2008 I wrote and recorded this track in one day. I suffered from a great loss at the time. This and the fact that I'm completely nuts for ELO led me to mess around with vocoder sounds (software) and stuff. 
Today it seems a little awkward sitting there in front of your laptop, messing around with all those sounds. Gimme a guitar anytime! Well, let's just see it as an experiment.
