I wanted to capture the feeling of taking a long walk through the city at night. I came up with this song one weekend where I was torn between staying inside and creating or going outisde / socialising etc.

Coquelicot defines an experience and captures an emotion, rather than just being a record. The track got its name from a French vernacular name for the wild corn poppy but can also describe a shade of red. The composition takes you on a calm ride of building strings that explode to make one blissful climax before it leaves out on a high.
