Ornella has been a fixture in Oslo’s clubbing scene since before she was a DJ. A regular presence on the dance floors of Villa and Jaeger, Ornella eventually made the leap to the other side of the booth, encouraged by peers that had seen a nascent talent. 

Her presence on dance floors are still consistent, but in recent years she’s been orchestrating it, rather than participating in it. Known for sets that cultivate mood and atmosphere, Ornella has been a favourite in DJ booths around Oslo and further afield. When she’s not in the booth she’s facilitating the scene with her work as the booker for Gehor, adding to the rich sonic landscape of the city. 

Ornella makes her debut on Jaeger Mix with a 2 hour sonic journey through House music’s extended reach in an atmospheric and airy progression.

Bienvenidos a un nuevo 808 Radio Basic Mix, en esta ocasión tenemos el honor de presentar una selección y mezcla exclusiva a cargo del legendario Nacho Marco.

Nacho Marco, nacido en Valencia en 1976, es una de las figuras más respetadas y prolíficas de la escena electrónica en España. Con una carrera que despegó a finales de los 80, Nacho es conocido por su exquisita técnica y su habilidad para fusionar estilos que van desde el nu disco hasta el tech house. Desde temprana edad, su pasión por el soul, funk, disco, jazz, new wave, rock progresivo y hip hop lo llevó a explorar y desarrollar un sonido único que lo ha consolidado como un referente en la música house.

A lo largo de los años, Nacho ha trabajado con sellos de renombre como Odori, Alola, Future Groove/Mute, Shinichi, D.Press Industries, Exun y Hypnotic Music, ganándose el respeto de gigantes de la electrónica como Laurent Garnier, Tony Humphries o John Digweed. En 2007, fundó su propio sello, Loudeast Records, donde ha colaborado con artistas de la talla de Fred Everything, Solid Gold Playaz y KiNK, entre otros.

Ahora, Nacho Marco nos ha cedido su última actuación en directo, grabada el pasado viernes 10 de enero en la Sala Villanos, una noche inolvidable en la que compartió escenario con el live de Session Victim.
